Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul

General Stone World supplied and fabricated the natural stone for Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul — from the planter walls at the street entrance through to the lobby bar floor.

The lobby floor is laid as a field of beige polished marble hexagon mosaic, framed by a two-part border: a beige natural stone band in 5×10 cm pieces, outlined in honed Nero Marquina squares. The border traces the curve of the bar and mitres at each corner of the room, so the line reads as drawn rather than cut.

At street level, the curved planter walls wrapping the entrance are clad in honed Nero Marquina picket mosaic — elongated hexagons in black marble with white veining, set vertically so the low wall carries a scaled, woven texture against the glass façade.
