Carrara White - Platinum Grey Honed Marble Mosaic Tiles
Marble / Multi
Elongated, arrow-shaped batons drive this chevron mosaic forward, Carrara White set against Platinum silver-grey so the two tones point in unison and give a wall or floor a strong sense of direction. The honed finish tempers that boldness, muting reflection to a smooth matte that lets the natural contrast between pristine white and cool grey take centre stage rather than any shine. Delicate veining and tonal variation run through each baton, so no two runs read exactly alike. The format suits feature walls and statement floors, bathroom walls and floors, shower enclosures, splashbacks and hallway runs that want contemporary confidence and movement. Producing from selected Carrara and grey marble in our own facilities, we calibrate each sheet so the chevron angles stay true and the two tones alternate cleanly across a run — essential on a pattern this directional, where a single broken angle interrupts the whole field.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
