Softer and warmer than its grey namesake, Platinum honed marble reads as a luminous canvas of pearlescent greys and creamy oyster undertones, laced with a delicate, spiderweb-like network of fine crystalline white veining that lends real depth. Honed to a smooth, light-diffusing matte, the stone captures ambient light gently for a serene, contemporary calm. Available in formats from 100 mm tiles up to 610 mm floor tiles, it scales from detail to sweeping expanses. The stone turns a master bathroom into a spa-inspired sanctuary, lays an opulent floor across a grand entrance hall, and makes a sophisticated kitchen splashback or an elegant feature wall in a drawing room or living area. The honed finish keeps floors slip-aware and forgiving of daily wear. Producing from selected Platinum in our own facilities, we sequence and calibrate the tiles so the veining flows naturally across large-format runs, matched so a broad surface reads as one.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
