Carrara White - Platinum Grey Tumbled Marble Brick Mosaic Tiles
Marble / Multi
The tumbled counterpart to its honed and polished siblings, this brick mosaic softens the Carrara White and Platinum grey pairing into aged stone: milky white and stormy silver-grey batons, worn at the edges and matted across the face, staggered in a running brick bond that turns rustic and hand-worked rather than crisp. The tumbling diffuses light and settles the contrast into something warm and unhurried. Offered in 100 mm and 305 mm sheets, the bond works at close splashback detail and across broader surfaces alike. The slightly abraded, matte surface earns genuine grip, suiting bathroom floors, wet rooms and shower enclosures as well as kitchen splashbacks and feature walls in heritage schemes. Producing from selected Carrara and grey blocks in our own facilities, we tumble and calibrate each sheet so the brick courses stay consistent and the two tones balance across a run — uniform tumbling at volume being harder than it looks, and decisive to whether a large floor reads as one considered surface.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
