The tumbled cousin to the honed Starline, this mosaic sets softened hexagons of Carrara White against precise diamond inserts of Platinum grey that converge into six-pointed stars, a celestial geometry rendered in two contrasting tones. The tumbling is the defining move: it rounds every edge and strips the stone's reflection to a tactile matte, subduing the bold star pattern into grounded, artisanal calm rather than crisp contrast. Supplied on a 305 mm sheet, the stars repeat best across an open field. The weathered surface quietly masks daily scuffing, while the dense lattice of joints lends slip-awareness — both useful in damp public concourses and spa zones. It suits thermal and hydrotherapy suites, feature walls in dining lounges and retail displays. Cut and tumbled from selected Carrara and grey marble in-house, we calibrate each sheet so the stars meet cleanly across the larger runs a decorative scheme requires.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
