Concentric banding is the trick here: a central hexagonal core framed by alternating strips of two marbles, building a three-dimensional tessellation that reads as depth on a flat plane. The palette swings between frosted-white crystalline Carrara and the storm-cloud striations of Platinum grey, the framing turning a simple hexagon into a layered optical figure. A honed finish strips back any gloss to a velvet matte, softening the intense geometric rhythm into modernist restraint rather than dazzle. With no fixed sheet size, the repeating cellular pattern suits both intimate detail and expansive runs. The dense concentric joints lend a high coefficient of friction, so the surface is slip-aware underfoot — and the matte face masks the micro-scuffs that show on gloss. It works as a commanding floor in boutiques and atriums, and as a feature wall in dining rooms and washrooms. Producing from selected Carrara and grey marble in our own facilities, we calibrate each sheet so the concentric frames align cleanly across large runs, where any drift would collapse the illusion.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
