
Framed Pebble Hexagon Carrara White and Platinum Grey Tumbled Marble Mosaic Tile

An unusual fusion of order and nature: each hexagonal cell is outlined by a slim border of silver-grey marble and filled with a cluster of small, tumbled Carrara White pebbles, so a precise geometric frame contains an irregular, rounded, tactile centre. The contrast between structured hexagon and organic pebble fill gives the surface a layered character — refined yet earthy, contemporary yet timeless. Tumbling deepens that tactility and, crucially, delivers excellent grip underfoot, making the mosaic as practical in wet areas as it is decorative. It suits bathroom floors and feature walls, shower enclosures, spa areas and statement flooring in hallways or living spaces where a distinctive texture is wanted. Producing from selected Carrara and grey marble in our own facilities, we tumble and calibrate each sheet so the frames align and the pebble fills read evenly across large runs — the consistency that keeps a textural pattern like this from turning uneven across a big floor.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
