Platinum Black Polished Marble Hexagon Mosaic Tiles

Storm-cast is the word for it: this honeycomb is cut from a deeply saturated charcoal-and-obsidian marble fractured by sweeping deposits of brilliant white and silver-grey calcite, the uniform hexagons imposing order on the stone's wild veining. A full polish turns the surface to a mirror, amplifying the depth of the dark minerals and catching light for a scintillating, high-contrast read that commands attention. Offered on a 305 mm sheet, the honeycomb stretches into dramatic floors and walls. Though polished, the dense grid of joints lends real traction underfoot, tempering the slip risk usually tied to gloss, and the dense marble resists compressive stress once sealed. It excels across five-star suite floors and wet rooms wanting an uncompromising look, as monolithic bar frontages and as towering feature walls in reception lobbies. Producing from selected Platinum Black in our own facilities, we calibrate each sheet so the hexagons hold their spacing and the calcite veining flows across large runs, where a reflective black shows any misalignment at once.
