Mediterranean warmth defines this honed travertine honeycomb: a rich, grounding palette of deep caramel, warm terracotta and soft sandy beige carried across generous two-inch hexagons, the wider cells giving the stone's intricate linear veining room to captivate. A honed finish lends each piece a velvety matte face that diffuses light and cultivates a tranquil, welcoming feel. Offered in 100 mm and 305 mm sheets, the pattern scales from detail to broad floors. The matte, slip-aware surface makes it a natural fit for luxury bathroom floors and wet rooms as well as kitchen splashbacks and textural feature walls in heritage boot rooms or grand entrance halls. Working from our own travertine, we fill, hone and calibrate each sheet so the hexagons hold their spacing and the warm tones read balanced across large runs — the consistency that lets a big floor settle into one even honeycomb.

Read Before You Specify
- Honed, polished, tumbled or brushed — which finish should you specify?Specify honed for interior floors, tumbled or brushed where the surface gets wet, and polished only where there is no slip requirement. All four start from the same slab; the finish changes grip, how visibly it wears, and how often it needs sealing — not the stone itself.
- Marble or travertine — which should you specify?Specify marble where a polished, low-absorption surface matters, and travertine where texture, grip and warmth matter more. Marble absorbs about 0.15% of its weight in water against travertine at roughly 2.6%, but the two overlap in compressive strength — porosity and strength are separate properties.
